Dualn

Dualn just joined the family in 2007. He's an up and coming lesson horse. He'll be in training through the year 2008 and then I will see what his position will be at JPF.

Things don't always go as planned—I went with a student and friend of mine, Al, (Kelsey came along too) to look at a horse for sale. The first mistake was that this horse was by the stud that is the sire of Kelsey's Gunner and my former horse Swirl's third colt, Justin. The gelding for sale was Dualn. I went to help Al in his decision to buy him or not and Kelsey tagged along to visit some of her gelding Gunner's family. Well, wouldn't you know it; Dualn was too small for Al.

So I purchased him and surprise, surprise, Gunner's full sister was also for sale and yeah, you guessed it--Kelsey bought her.
Horses are like potato chips I've always said, you can't have just one!

Long story short—

Al-went on a drive
Me-I brought home Dualn
Kelsey-She brought home Jazzy

It's all Al's fault cuz he drove us to it!
